Bright aromas of ripe lemon, white flowers, and acacia lead into a palate defined by rich texture and elegant weight. Vibrant acidity and subtle toast frame the long polished finish.
Each vineyard lot was hand-harvested at cool temperatures and slowly fermented before aging 10 months in oak.
HARVEST 2023
The 2023 growing season brought a welcome return to classic conditions following several challenging vintages. Historical rainfall, moderate spring temperatures, and ideal flowering conditions created excellent vine balance and uniform fruit set. Steady summer warmth combined with the cooling influence of August fog extended the ripening period, allowing for exceptional hang time and flavor development.
