Our Pinot Noir is sourced from eight small vineyards located in the heart of the majestic Sonoma County. Careful farming, hand-harvesting, natural fermentation, and aging in only the finest French Oak Barrels are hallmarks of this special wine. Our goal is to find the balance between fruit, structure, acidity and oak. The 2021 vintage one of the finest we have produced, with generous blackberry and raspberry on the nose, supple toast and game on the palate, vibrant acidity, and a spiced finish. The hallmark of this wine is the balance of fruit and spice, making it an ideal pairing with game meats, lean beef and lamb, medium-bodied cheeses, and even dark chocolate!
