Sourced from the Armagh vineyard, a single parcel site in one of the regions newest American Viticulture Areas. This is the inaugural release of this limited wine! High altitude vineyards with ample slope and sunshine combines intense color with fruit concentration and balance. Only 6 barrel selection of this unique wine are produced per year, highlighting ripe lemon and lime, dried apple, asian pear, vanilla, and slight toast in the glass. Aged in neutral French and American Oak, it combines the power of hillside fruit, wind gap fruit, with the elegence of barrel aging. A favorite with charcuterie, fresh shellfish, salmon, and rich poultry dishes.
