The 2023 release of this winery favorite was sourced from a single parcel, the Salomon Vineyard, located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested at peak maturity before fermentation and aging in 100% stainless steel barrels, crafted specifically for this unique wine. After a winter maturing in our cellars, the result is a wine bursting with intense peach, apricot, and guava aromas. True to the varietal, this wine is fruit-forward with crisp acidity, followed by a luscious mouthfeel and finish, filled with exotic tropical fruits. Perfect when served chilled as an apéritif, it is also a favorite with fresh summer salads, charcuterie meats and cheeses, savory curries, and rich seafood dishes.
